Qualification – M.Com, M.Phil, Ph.D.

The Commerce Department was started in 1995. It includes all major subjects related to modern competitive Business world . At FYB. COM level students study Business and Environment. At SYBCOM level students study Advertising, Business Law, Production, and Finance. At TYBCOM level students study Marketing and Human Resource Management subjects. This is one of best preparation to take the degree in Commerce. 

The goal of the Commerce Department is to acquire knowledge of the business world and prepare them industry oriented. Accounts and Commerce epartments are merged with new association called COMAS. Under the banners of COMAS various activities are conducted throughout the year in the college and outside the college premises. Students are taken to SEBI visit, Stock Market Visit, Industries from local areas. Many eminent guests are invited to conduct session on Employability Skills, Career Guidance, etc. 

In last five years COMAS has organized four International and One National Conference in Interdisciplinary subjects in the college. For all the  conferences there was a tremendous response from India and various parts of the globe. Recently I attended International conference at the very prestigious University, Oxford University, London. So far I have attended the International Conferences at Germany, Rome, Malaysia. This conference has definitely helped me to update myself with latest happenings in the world and then share the same knowledge with my students. The Commerce Department has arranged various competitions like poster making competition, Group-wise case presentation, debate, presentations, mock interviews, workshops, guest lectures, Best out of waste etc. Today many Commerce students have completed Post graduation in various subjects like Management, Accountancy. Some of them have become managers in Banks, Some of them have become Entrepreneurs and some of them have become teachers .
