Internal Quality Assurance Cell

Dnyandeep Mandal’s St. Joseph College of Arts & Commerce is an institution well known for exhibiting discipline, and academics and endowing young generations in the vicinity. The College was accredited by the NAAC in 2004 and re-accredited in 2015.

The Vision of the governing body (Dnyandeep Mandal) is reflected in the policies & its implementations to impart value-based and qualitative education in the vicinity. Dnyandeep Mandal’s St. Joseph College of Arts & Commerce serve the community and commit itself as an institution providing qualitative education.

The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent & catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institution. In fulfilment of its Action Plan for performance evaluation, assessment, accreditation & quality up-gradation of institution of higher education, Internal Quality Assurance Cell was established in 2004.

It has formulated a “Core Committee for Quality” consisting of faculty members, In-charge of the various criteria as given by NAAC. The members of the IQAC meet regularly to discuss and initiate quality enhancement measures.
