Gyandeep Mandal St. Joseph Jr. College was established in 2008.  Initially the number of students were Commerce 52 And  05 students in the Arts section, it has gradually increased and now it is almost 330students. In 2011, the number of 11th Arts students increased from 05 students to 65 students . The purpose for which our Gyandeep Mandal has established this Junior College , Objectives seem to be succeeding today. The aim of the management  is to ensure that the middle class ,poor and  needy students around us are not deprived of education.  .

Along with the management, teachers and staff are also working in that direction.  In our junior college  various activities are implemented throughout the year.  At the same time, the activities of students in different cultural event, arts and sports are given space in those activities.

 Apart from celebrating various days like Environment Day,Teacher’s Day, Marathi Language Day various competitions are also held.  Even though our junior college is non-granted the academic work is carried out according to the fully norms of Board. The teaching staff is also fully qualified.

 Our junior college has four classes of 11th and 12th Arts and Commerce section.  Students participates in activities throughout the year along with their studies and enjoy college life happily.  With the exception of the first week of December, cultural events like rangoli, poster making, mehndi, hairstyles etc. are held till the Christmas holidays.  In sports, from slow cycling to cricket, badminton etc is doubled  the joy of the students.

 Along with all the above activities, the attraction of the college is the Annual day function. Through this program, the students  interest in dance is nurtured.  Apart from this various  moral  lectures are organized which also helps in the physical, intellectual and mental development of the students.

 In all the above activities, equal emphasis is laid on discipline and study.  Therefore, the result is good every year.

 The co-operation of the management committee is always required in all the above activities and programs.  So St. Joseph Jr. College, run by our Gyandeep Mandal, is making progress day by day.
