Objectives:- * To create employability skills among students                   

A Webinar was organized with an aim to create employability skills in students under the initiative Unaided Section in co-ordination with Hrishi Computer Education, Vasai for the students of SSC & HSC on 14th June, 2021.

                   The resource person for the webinar was Mrs. Surekha Bhosale, founder f Hrishi Computer Education. There were total 76 registrations out of which 56 attended the webinar.

                  The entire program was anchored by Ms. Ankita from FYBCOM class. The program started with the beautiful prayer by Asst. Prof. Wilfred D’Monte. Asst. Prof. Sabina Corriea gave a brief introduction about the seminar. Further the I/C Principal of college, Dr. Subhash Dsouza gave his best wishes on the occasion. Introduction and welcoming of the guest was done by Asst. Prof. Sangeeta Pandit.

                  Chrystal Lopes, the practicing Chartered Accountant addressed the gathering of students while emphasizing on the importance of the Tally & its implications in the corporate sector. Ms. Ankita introduced the resource person for the day. Mrs. Surekha Bhosale imparted knowledge on Tally Prime the latest. She also explained the benefits of Tally Prime & the job opportunities available in corporate sector with the uses of Tally software. Ms. Mehzabeen, one of her staff members, gave practical implications of Tally Prime by solving one assignment on Tally Software. Mrs. Surekha Bhosale also gave a brief review of all the courses available for skill development.

After the explanation there was question and answers session under the guidance of Asst. Prof.  Elvia Gonsalves. Various students asked their questions and they got their satisfactory replies by the renowned Speaker – Mrs. Surekha Bhosale.

                 The session was concluded with Vote of Thanks extended by Asst. Prof. Sabina Corriea.

Outcomes- The students got acquainted with the practical implications of Tally Prime.
